I recently had the pleasure of photographing this *adorable* five day old baby girl. Baby Ever was feisty at the beginning of the session, but we wore her out and once she fell asleep was a very peaceful baby. She is Clay and Bekah’s first baby. They already make an amazing team together and are incredible parents. Congratulations, again, on your new little bundle… she is beautiful!

Melissa was thrilled to find out that she would be having a little baby girl! Now that she has an adorable little boy and a perfect baby girl their family is complete. Melissa is an incredible photographer who I had the privilege of working with over the past three years photographing weddings. There is so much pressure photographing another photographer’s family; but she knows how that feels since she (and our other dear friend, Amanda) photographed my wedding in December 2008. You can be sure that she is an awesome photographer (and great person) since I asked her to shoot my wedding. Melissa and Kyle, I couldn’t be happier for you to have your precious baby girl. Landon, you will be an incredible big brother. Thank you for allowing be to be a part of your family journey. It was truly an honor.

It took me a long time to get to this point. I heard about Twitter several years ago from some other photographer friends, but I was a hard one to convince. I am fairly private with my personal life, so the idea of putting my thoughts and tweets online for anyone and everyone to see just felt so odd to me. But, I know it has become a really important aspect of business. After months of thinking to myself, “I really need to get a Twitter account for my business,” I finally did it! There is a lot of pressure to think of something creative or funny for your first tweet so I decided to take the pressure off and just start already.
